Apologies for the brief hiatus (although I'm fairly certain each of you got on with your lives just fine), but I had important social activities to attend to, such as the wedding of the most perfect-for-each-other-couple ever, Grey and Amanda. This may have been the most fun wedding I have ever attended, mostly because all night, we were winning:

This is only one of MANY pictures featuring the "winning" banner, but you get the idea. So much fun was had by all - even the fun we don't remember!

In other news, this week is Spring Break for me which accounts for my recent absence. While I adore traveling, this SB I am spending in the Burg working, and enjoying every minute of it. I'm also managing to find a good balance between working out and boot camp. Do I sound boring enough for you yet? Yeah, well, that's because you don't know the people I get to participate in all of these activities with - they are awesome and they make every minute full of laughter and fun. So far, my Spring Break has been great!

On to Photo Challenge recap:

Day 12: A picture of something you love:

Summer!

Point of information: I love a LOT of things. But, I think I've clarified to the point of overkill on here how much I love my friends and family, so I thought I'd give you something else. Everything is better when it's warm outside: you can sit and enjoy the breeze (preferably with a cocktail) and you don't have the translucent quality associated with months of being under artificial light because it's too cold outside. Who doesn't look better after getting a little Vitamin D?

Day 13: A picture of your favorite band or artist.
I'm pretty un-hip muscially in terms of today's 20-somethings. My younger law school friends will come to school singing songs I've never heard and then look at me quizzically when I say I have no idea what they're singing. I attribute this mostly to the fact that I have satellite radio so if I only want to listen to 90's alternative,I can. Which is what I do. But, I also listen to a nauseating amount of current pop music when I workout because it keeps me upbeat and that is what I need when I'm pounding the pavement or pumping the iron. Therefore, as much as you don't believe me, I don't have one singular favorite band or artist.

Day 14: A picture of someone you could never imagine your life without:
My Daddy-O

While most daughters would probably scoff at the opportunity to work with their dads on a daily basis, I relish it. My dad and I are fortunate enough to be able to have a very symbiotic work/family relationship. We know when to keep personal issues away from the office, and office issues away from family activities. My dad is also hilarious, extremely generous, brilliant and incredibly supportive. Also, because I'm the only girl, I take my role as Daddy's Little Girl very seriously. Especially when I need/want something.
