Well, it is quite obvious that I have been a little slack on blogging lately, but in all fairness, you were warned. I told you I was an all-or-nothing type of person so when Spring Break came along and I went back to the life I love, I forewent blogging and haven't really kept up since. Never fear, though. I'm back to school days, which means you get to hear all the fun complaints/thoughts/revelations that my little brain processes throughout the day.
I'm also about 14 days behind in the photo challenge, so at the risk of boring everyone to death wtih an onslaught of pictures, I think I may just hang that one up and give it a shot another day.
In recent news, my roomie moved out and I am not living solely out of my bedroom due to a lack of living room furniture (it all belonged to roomie). I actually managed to get a couch today, but as I settled in after class this evening I realized that I have yet to set up my cable/internet (yet another one of roomie's duties), so there was nothing to watch on my tv or my computer. (Sidenote - somehow in my bedroom there is cable and internet. I'm not sure if this is because my building is 150 years old and the wires got crossed somewhere, or the gods of technology are smiling on me, but because of this I haven't been totally alone in silence this week.) (Superfluous sidenote - when I typed "totally alone", all I could think about was the Toulouse Lautrec voice from Moulin Rouge - "towtawee awone". Any question now as to why I'm single?)
Anyway, on better stuff - I completed my webpage for the 3-Day for the Cure in Boston! Mandy came into town from Arkansas last weekend and we had the best time staging our photos for the webpage. I don't think I've laughed and loved as much in one evening as I did when Mandy, Maggie, Alison and I were all together. Pictures to come later when I get enough energy (and internet strength) to download them.
Until then, check out my webpage for the 3-Day:
