Yeah, I've been slack. But, after I exhalted so energetically about how I love blogging, I immediately switched my interests to something else. Actually, in all fairness, I just quit studying at home which means that I really did study during the day in the library instead of just sitting at home on my couch "studying", aka blogging and watching tv.
It's a good thing I remembered where the library was because now it's only 3 short weeks until the end of the semester! Even though I remember some days this semester thinking "how in the world will I make it til May?", I really can't believe how quickly the semester has gone by. It's also strange to think that in 3 weeks I'll be a 3L. FINALLY.
It's still a LONG road until I'm done, but now the end is so much more in sight than this time last year. Even though I love the days where I can get away with sitting on the couch all day under the guises of studying, and I couldn't ask for a better group of friends in school, I really can't wait to be done with this noise.
I'm having major deja vu right now, so I feel as if I've blogged about this before - maybe several times. (Please read with dripping sarcasm. I would have made it even more sarcastic if I knew how to link past posts to this post. But alas, I am not that bloggy savvy)
But, I don't want this whole post to have a defeastist tone - on to better things! My birthday is in 3 weeks as well (let's all ignore the fact that I have to take a Con Law exam on my birthday) and I'm looking forward to celebrating (mildly) after our exam with some wine, cake and friends. A day about me? I'll take it!
Well, that was a less than exhilirating update on my absence, but I have nothing special nor entertaining to say until May. Apologies.
